Unlimited Bus Travel for Residents of Gran Canaria

Unlimited Bus Travel for Residents of Gran CanariaFrom 5 November, residents of Gran Canaria will be able to apply for the Bono Transporte Residente Canario, which gives unlimited bus travel for a cost of 40 euros per month that can be used with Global buses and the yellow Municipal Buses of Las Palmas.

Applications can be submitted through the websites of both bus companies – www.guaguasglobal.comand www.guaguas.com

There are various cards and discount systems offered by both bus companies in Gran Canaria, but from this month, there is now another good value scheme for residents who regularly use buses, and it is hoped that now more residents will use buses, rather than their cars to make journeys across the island. So, for 40 euros per month, residents of Gran Canaria can now have unlimited bus travel with the two main bus companies on the island.
