The Asociacion de Familas Oncohematologicas de Lanzarote and the City of Arrecife have just teamed up again for the second ‘March Against Cancer’ on the occasion of World Breast Cancer Day.
Patients, family members and caregivers came together to march and wore commemorative handkerchiefs and shirts to raise awareness and show support for all those are struggling to live with this disease.
This march against cancer travelled along the coastal path from Charco de San Ginas to Arrecife, and finished outside the Government Offices, where those taking part in the march and others who came to watch and support them enjoyed music provided by Woman Batuca.
