This week the iDental Las Palmas dental health franchise closed, and although the clinic reported this was due to technical problems, there is no new opening date.
However, there have been over 1000 people across Spain who had joined ranks to make formal complaints about iDental clinics for malpractice, fraud and injuries, including local residents.
iDental has also decided to close branches in Barcelona, Granada, Santander and Zaragoza, so that hundreds of people have been affected with their treatments interrupted.
Members of the protest group say that they are not clear about what will happen to them now and their treatments that are needed.
This company, which was presented as a low cost dental clinic, is currently being investigated by the Prosecutor’s Office.
