This week saw the launch of the Ansina Programme supported by the Government of Tenerife that will encourage over 300 elderly residents to take part in a range of activities.
These programmed activities aim to revitalise and exercise the elderly, and help them enjoy events supervised by professionals to promote active aging. This also offers the chance to meet new people and enjoy the company of others, but something that for many elderly residents of Tenerife, they can only enjoy for a few hours each day.
