A group of mothers from Tenerife this week announced that they are organising a project to send essential products to hospitals and schools in Venezuela.
These Tenerife mothers explained that they are concerned about the difficult economic and social situation that the people of Venezuela are currently experiencing, and they want to help the children that are affected in the country.
Their plan is to send essential products to paediatric units of hospitals and to several rural schools in Venezuela.
The Venezuelan Foundation ‘Comparte por una vida’ or ‘Share for a life’ will be in charge of receiving the food and medicine help that will soon arrive from the Canary Islands.
