Mud Removed from the Meriga Dam in La Gomera

Mud Removed from the Meriga Dam in La Gomera

The Meriga Dam in the Municipality of Agulo has now recovered its best image following work to removed tons of mud from its channel.

This dam is located within the Garajonay National Park, and after the recent rains of the winter, it has restarted its flow of water.

Tons of earth were removed from the riverbed, but nothing has changed in essence, as trunks of trees remain in place, and covered again by the water.
